Know the procedure and steps involved in getting and setting your ATM pin as per the Green PIN security initiative implemented by the bank. Using the steps outlined below, one can set the ATM / Debit Card PIN in a safe and secure manner.

Procedure to create Green PIN

• After collecting the card from the Branch, the card holder has to visit any of our TMB ATM / BNA to create PIN for the Card.
• After inserting the card, ATM / BNA will check the card status, if the card is enabled for Green PIN, an One Time Password (OTP) will be generated and sent to the customer’s Registered Mobile number (available in customer master).
• After receipt of OTP, card holder has to once again insert the card again in the ATM / BNA. Then customer has to enter OTP received in the registered Mobile number and then the following details of the customers are verified by the ATM / BNA.
Card Number and Card status.
• One-Time-Password (OTP).
• After verifying the above details by ATM / BNA, Card holder is allowed to create new PIN for his card and the same can be used for further operations like Cash withdrawal, POS and Ecom transactions.
• The OTP is valid only for 15 minutes. If the card holder fails to use the OTP within 15 minutes, then new OTP will be sent when the card holder insert the card in ATM / BNA once again and step no.3 & 4 are to be followed once again for creation of new PIN.
