Features and Benefits

We are offering two Loan Schemes under Non-Agri Jewel Loans based on the repayment period i.e.,

• TMB General Purpose Gold Loans - 12 months.
• TMB General Purpose Gold Loans - Short Term - 6 months.

Features :-

• LTV is fixed at 75% for Loans with tenor 12 Months and 75% for Loans with tenor of 6 months.
• Minimum Loan amount is fixed at Rs.3000/-.
• The maximum lendable per gram rate for 22 carat Gold Ornaments will be instructed by H.O on daily basis.

Eligibility and Terms

Eligibility :-

• Individuals other than Pawn Brokers and Money Lenders.

Terms :-

• Medical Expenses, meeting un-foreseen liabilities, personal expenses.
• Maximum number of Loan allowed at any point of time – 10 No’s.
• Minimum Rs.3000/. Maximum Rs.10.00 lakh. For higher loan amount, RM permission should be obtained.
