Minimum amount of Rs.10.00 lakh & Maximum upto Rs.25.00 crore

Features

Financial assistance under the scheme will be considered for the following components :

Construction of cattle shed, store room, milk room and labour quarters.

Purchase of high yielding good quality milch animals. Purchase of milking and other equipments.

Establishment of chilling and processing / Milk Products Plant.

Truck / Van (if necessary) for transporting milk and other products. Bulk Cooler Van.

Initial feed cost for a period of one month for the first batch of animals.

Cultivation expenses for raising green fodder.

Purchase of medicines, salary, wages and other overhead expenses.

Eligibility

Individual Farmers, Farmer groups, FPOs, Corporate Farmers, Partnership firms etc., engaged in Agriculture and / or Allied Activities.

For setting up of Commercial Dairy Farm, the minimum number of milch animals to be considered should be above 5 units. Unit size – 2 animals per unit.

Documents

Copies of land records including latest land tax paid receipt regarding land owned / leased as certificated by Revenue Authorities.

Proforma invoice for purchase of milch animals/ milking equipments.

Approved plan and estimate for construction of sheds / buildings from the competent authorities.

Valuation of Certificate of the land from our Bank Approved Panel Valuer whenever the landed property is obtained as security.

Other documents required for getting legal opinion.

Hypothecation of assets created out of our Bank finance such as Milk animals, Equipments, buildings, etc.,

Margin

15% for Small & Marginal farmers.

25% - for others.
