Salaried person :

Loan amount up to Rs.10 lakhs - Income shall be assessed based on the salary certificate from the employer showing all the deductions.
Loan amount above Rs.10 lakhs – Latest IT returns. Professionals/ Business man - IT returns filed for the last two years (for the respective years).

Individual / Proprietor/ HUF / Partnership Firm / Private or Public Limited Company / Trust/LLP

Minimum Gross income of Rs.2.25 lakh per annum (including the income of the spouse)

For new car	90% of the on road price of the vehicle
For Pre-owned cars	70% of the purchase value or market value, whichever is lower.
