Age :

Individuals & HUF aged between 18 to 50 Years.

In case of :

• Joint Borrowers, any one of the applicant’s age should be below 50.
• Government Employees/ Employees of PSUs whose retirement age is 60 - Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 55 years.
• Professionals (Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants etc.,) & Businessman – Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 60 years.

Maximum Amount :

• Rs.500 lakhs in case of Metropolitan centres
• Rs.300 lakhs for Non-Metro Centres.
• IT Returns not available - Not exceeding Rs.15 Lakh.
• For Renovation – Not exceeding Rs.25 Lakh.

Margin :

• Construction of house on existing plots - 10%
• Purchase of New House / Flats - 25%
• Purchase of Plot & Construction of House thereof - 20%

Renovation / Purchase of Old House /Flat :

• If the age of the house / Flat is below 5 Years - 20%
• If the age of the house/Flat is above 5 Years upto 20 years - 30%

Loan amount above Rs.75.00 Lakh:-

• Purchase of Plot & Construction of House thereof - 25%

Security:-

• Equitable Mortgage of the land / house / flat purchased / constructed / acquired under the Loan and the improvements / additions thereto.
