Any individual, Proprietary Concern, Partnership firms, Limited Liability Partnership firms and Private Ltd Company

• Nature of Advance: Term Loan / Non Fund Based limits
• Margin: 20% on the relevant asset & 10% of “On Road Price” (Purchase of new Vehicle)
• Repayment Period:
• Existing Home Loan Borrower - Residual period of the existing term loan.
• New Home Loan Borrower – In line with the repayment of the proposed Home Loan
• For all other purpose – 84 EMI/MI

Processing Charge:
• 0.50% of the loan amount + GST without any maximum cap + applicable taxes (without any maximum cap).
Documentation Charges:

For purchase of electric Vehicle:

• Upto Rs.25.00 lac – Nil
• Above Rs.25.00 lac and upto Rs.1.00 crore: -Rs.1,500/- plus GST
• For above Rs.1.00 crore: Rs.10,000/- plus GST
For solar power for House:
• Flat charges of Rs.1000/- + GST
For all others:
• Upto Rs.5 lakh – Nil
• Above Rs.5 lakh and upto 10 lakh – Rs.500/- plus GST
• Above Rs.10 lakh – Rs.750/- plus GST
