Fleet card is a variant of Prepaid card product. It has an unbeatable combination of convenience in payment and control over transaction. Fleet Card is purchased by a fleet owner / corporate to transfer money to their drivers.
The operator can load / top-up the desired amount in the Fleet card, which can be used by their drivers for drawing money from ATMs and to make payment at fuel stations etc.
Eligibility | Any individual / non-individual can purchase Fleet card, except Minors. |
Limitation | An Individual can be issued with maximum of three Fleet Cards only. More than one Fleet Card can be issued to non-individuals (Fleet operators). Fleet Cards should not be issued to visiting foreign nationals and NRIs. |
Duplicate Card Issue | Duplicate card can be issued similar to the issuance of duplicate ATM / Debit Cards, based on written request from purchaser. |
Reloadable | Reloadable in multiples of Rs. 100.00 (The balance in the Fleet Card should not exceed Rs. 1,00,000.00 at any point of time). |

The identity of the purchaser should be confirmed / validated using KYC documents / procedures as per extant KYC guidelines / procedures followed by the Bank in line with RBI guidelines. Separate KYC is not required in cases of customers who are issued Fleet cards against debit to their accounts which are fully KYC compliant.
The Fleet cards will be initially loaded with the amount requested by the applicant / purchaser after recovery of the amount by cash or debit to his account.
The amount spent on the cards is deducted from the balance available in the card. Once the balance on the card reaches zero, the card can no longer be used unless it is reloaded, in such case consumer have to load additional amount to the card through top-up and continue to use. TMB Fleet Card will be reloaded after getting request from the applicant at Branch counters by recovering the requested amount from them.
TMB Fleet Cards are valid for a period of 5 years.

The customers can know the balance available in their Fleet card through ATMs. They can also view the balance and transaction details through our Customer Care Portal for Prepaid cards by completing the Registration process using "First time login" option by providing credentials like Card Number, CVV2 and Date of Birth.
