Margin :

• Working Capital (DL/TL/OD/CC)
• Credit limit upto ₹50.00 Lakh - Nil
• Credit limit above ₹50.00 Lakh – Stock – 25% & Book debt – 30%
• TL (for Capex) - 20% on the relevant assets

Repayment :

• Term Loan (Capex) - 84 EMI / monthly instalments (Excluding Holiday)
• Demand Loan (Business /Working capital purpose) - 35 EMI /MI
• Term Loan (Business /WC purpose) - 84 EMI / MI
• OD (Reducing balance method) – 84 months
• Cash Credit / Overdraft (running facility) – One year

Security :

• Working Capital – Stock & Receivables
• Term Loan (Capex): Asset acquired & created out of the loan

• Non agriculture Self-owned Land / House Plot / Building properties valued not less than 125% of the limit sanctioned
• In case of term loan sanctioned for construction purpose the total value of primary security after construction should not be less than 150% of the loan

Fees & Charges

• Term Loans/ WCDL/ OD Reducing balance: 1.00% of the loan amount + GST.
• Cash credit / Overdraft (running account): 0.50% of the OD Limit + GST.
• For renewals: 0.25% of the Limit + GST.
